Thought this was a neat thing that the kids at the Sanibel Sea School did. The question they were trying to answer was where would the currents take tarpon eggs & larvae if they were spawned off the shores of Sanibel? They used 30 coconuts to try to track where currents might take them. So far their coconuts have been found all over the beaches of Naples & on Keewaydin Island (south of Naples). Attachments:
