::)Serves 4 Cooking Time 25 min.
Ingredients needed
1 1/2 lbs (750g) scallops 3 tablespoons butter 2 cloves garlic, crushed 3 tablespoons chopped parsley salt and pepper 1/4 cup (65 ml) cream Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, parsley, wine, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 15 min. Add scallops and simmer 5 min. Uncover and stir in cream, heat but do not boil. Serve immediately and ENJOY!!
