::)Serves 4 Cooking Time 20-25 min set oven to 180 C / 320 F
Ingredients needed
15 3/4 oz (450g) fresh tuna, drained 1 pastry shell 2 tablespoons butter 1 medium onion, minced salt and pepper 1 teaspoon thyme 4 tablespoons tomato paste 1/2 cup tomato puree 15-20 black olives, pitted
Melt butter in a pan, add onion and saute 1-2 min add salt, pepper, and thyme, stir in tomato paste and puree and heat, stirring constantly. Place tuna pieces in the pastry shell and pour mixture over. Top with black olives Cook in a moderate oven for 15 min. Serve hot or cold!!
