::)Serves 4 Cooking time 15 min. Oven temp 180 C / 350 F
Ingredients needed
48 clams on the half shell 3 tablespoons chopped parsley 4 anchovies, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 teaspoons oregano 2 tablespoons oil salt and pepper 1 cup (250ML) white wine (oysters may be used in place of clams) !! allways ceck seafood for freshness !!
Arrange clam shells on an oven tray. In a bowl combine parsley, anchovies,garlic, oregano, oil, salt, pepper and wine and mix well. Spoon mixture over clams and cook in a pre-heated moderate oven for 15 min Serve Immediately and enjoy !!
