::)Serves 4-6 Cooking time 15 - 20 min
Ingredients needed
1/2 lb (250g) scallops 24 mussels 1/2 lb (250g) shrimp 1/2 lb (250g) fish fillets, cut into small pieces 5 tablespoons butter 1 1/2 tablespoons flour salt and pepper 1 cup (250ml) heavy cream cooked rice
Scrub mussels under running water and steam in a pan with 1 cup water fir 5-6 min to open; remove shells and beards. Melt butter in a pan, add scallops, mussels, shrimp and fish and cook for 4-5 min; sprinkle with flour , salt and pepper and cook gently, stirring for 4-5 min Fold in cream and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth. Serve with cooked rice and enjoy!!
