Ingredients needed
36 mussels 3 tablespoons butter 1 medium onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 cup (250ml) white wine 1 cup (250ml) heavy cream chopped parsley
Scrub mussels under running water Melt butter in a flameproof casserole, add onion, celery, pepper, wine and mussels Cover tightly and simmer for 5-6 min or until shells are open strain off liquid into a pan and boil to reduce liquid to 1/2 cup Stir in parsley and cream and heat, do not boil; Serve over the mussels and enjoy !!
