Ingredients needed
1 1/2 lbs (750g) cooked shrimp, shelled and de-veined 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons tomato catsup 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce dash of Tabasco sauce salt and pepper 1/4 cup (65ml) heavy cream 2 lettuce leaves, shredded 1/2 stalk celery, finely chopped chopped parsley lemon wedges
Combine mayo, tomato, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces with salt, pepper and cream and mix to a smooth sauce. On a serving tray place lettuce and celery and arrange shrimp on top. Spoon sauce over shrimp and sprinkle with parsley Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!!
