I don't own an airboat but have been on an airboat ride and been on an alligator hunt with people on an airboat, they are so nice, you can go on land for a little ways and doesn't take any water. it was unique when i went with the people on the alligator hunt, you would think the loud engine would spook them but when u shine a spot light on there eyes it stuns them then we shoot them and once they sink we use a snatch hook to retrieve them!

Some friends and I went air boating at Turners Fish Camp what an awesome time! we stayed the weekend there and apparrently air boating is still a huge favorite past time. These guys were serious airheads I'm guessing they probably had an average of 12,000-15,000 in these awsome proped machines!
