"The King of the South is bringing a new and exciting format of tournament fishing to South Florida. The tournament will be held over 44 days. Teams get to declare 3 days with 1 bonus day (to be declared during the Big Brothers Big Sisters Spring Shoot-out) to fish and weigh in 2 kingfish per day. The highest aggregate weight (maximum 3 fish) will be crowned King of the South! Teams can now fish when you want, where you want!
No more fishing when it’s rough, fishing when you can't find bait, or fishing when there are no fish! Captains can choose when the conditions are right for his/her team to compete."
